E-Ticket Submission for Arrival and Departure

Hello,

Am I able to fill out the e-ticket for arrival and departure while I'm still in my home country?

Yeah.
The General Directorate of Migration recommends that you fill out the E-Ticket form before traveling.

Thanks, but you didn't really answer my question. Can I fill out the form for both arrival and departure at the same time or do I have to fill out departure once I'm in the Dominican Republic?

You can choose.

You can fill out your DR entry and exit forms at the same time, as long as your flight information does not change.

You can still fill out the input and before leaving, fill out the RD output. As you prefer sir.
