Embarkation Port Missing on E-Ticket Application

The St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) is not listed as Embarkation Port on the E-Ticket Application. I fly directly from that airport in November and cannot complete the e-ticket without making the selection. Please add to list of Embarkation Ports. Thank you.
