Resort Not Listed on E-Ticket Form

Hello,

I'm a USA based travel advisor who has booked a DR destination wedding scheduled for May 20. 2023. When my clients started to fill out the E-ticket form, the Dreams Flora resort is not listed as an option. How should I advise them to proceed? I appreciate your attention to this matter.

We have received your comment and proceeded to request the inclusion of the Dreams Flora hotel in the database. Whose inclusion must be made from the hotel executives, however, we have already notified through the Ministry of Tourism.

We can recommend that you establish a hotel in the area (Punta Cana) in the filling, although, by May we already understand there will be a solution.
