Is there an error with the information posted on the Staying Extension or is the online portal not working properly when you apply for the Extension? The requirements on the Information page for the Staying Extension indicates that only the following 3 documents are required:
- Copy of the passport page where the biometric data is.
- Stamp of the date of the last entry to the country.
- Return boarding pass.
The problem occurs when we apply for the Staying Extension using the online portal as there appears to be two more requirements : A medical certification document and Financial solvency document. The portal will not let you submit your request unless all 5 documents are added. Does this mean that the information page needs to be modified to indicate that all 5 documents are required or is there an error with the online portal that requires all 5 documents before you can submit the request?
