THE DGM DETAINS 32 UNDOCUMENTED PEOPLE IN LOS NEGROS DE AZUA

The General Directorate of Migration (DGM) detained 32 undocumented Haitians in an interdiction operation carried out in the section, Los Negros de Azua.

In said operation, five homemade weapons, one Chilean, and three motorcycles were seized. The detainees were sent to the reception center in Elías Piñas, to then proceed to their repatriation.

Weapons and motorcycles are in the possession of the authorities for the corresponding purposes.

Members of the Dominican Navy, Army and the General Directorate of Migration participated in the operation.
