The dismissals were carried out primarily in the areas of immigration agents and immigration control inspectors, and correspond to freely appointed and dismissed personnel who committed misconduct in the performance of their duties.
The DGM reaffirmed its commitment to institutional strengthening, noting that since the start of the current administration, actions have been implemented to promote an organizational culture based on integrity, efficiency, and accountability.
The entity also emphasized that it continues to work steadily to comply with the regulatory framework regarding transparency, as well as to strengthen internal oversight bodies and monitoring systems, as part of its efforts to prevent corruption and strengthen public trust in public administration.
