These operations resulted in the arrest of 453 undocumented foreigners, of both sexes, who were transferred to the Haina Vacation Reception Center to be processed and subsequently redirected to their country of origin. The General Directorate of Migration, directed by Mr. Enrique García, reiterates its commitment to the Dominican people to enforce national migration legislation, always seeking respect for human rights and individual dignity.
