Denied entry in Punta Cana
I had been to Punta Cana 2 separate times. However on this 3rd time I was denied entry. I still have no idea why I was denied. No explanation was given. I was just sent right back to the United States

That is the email address I sent my message to. I just have not heard anything back. I just would like to know the exact reason why I was denied entry, so that I can try to resolve the issue and travel back to the country.

We want to point out what is established in Art. 6 in its sections 10, 11 and 12 of Law 285-04, which governs the General Directorate of Migration.
10. Regularize the immigration entry of foreigners according to the requirements
established by law;
11. Declare the non-admission of foreigners who do not satisfy the requirements
of this law;

12. Make effective the non-admission, deportation or expulsion ordered by
competent authority.
Likewise, if you need to carry out a process to find out if there is an impediment to entry into the Dominican Republic, we suggest that you empower someone with a power of attorney to carry out the verification process at the General Directorate of Migration on your behalf.
