DGM announces updated requirements for the immigration processes it offers

Among the procedures subject to change are the terms for verifying financial solvency for the Resident category and the renewal of temporary residency for work purposes, if the person has changed employers.
The requirements for applying for or renewing Temporary Worker (TT-1) status were also updated, along with the mandatory visa requirement for changing status from student (E-1) to seasonal worker (TT-1), the automatic expiration of applications without online action, and the appointments for legal representatives.
These provisions will take effect starting June 1st and are aimed at strengthening the efficiency and transparency of these immigration processes, as well as ensuring the provision of quality, efficient, and timely services within the current legal framework.
