General Directorate of Migration deports Haitian and threatened President Luis Abinader.

The foreigner was detained in Haina without documents.

Santo Domingo. _ The General Directorate of Migration (DGM) deported to Haiti on Thursday a citizen of that nation who threatened President Luis Abinader on social media.

The foreigner, who answers to the name of Polanco Poush, was arrested by police officers in Haina and handed over to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, which in turn sent him to the interdiction center of that municipality to return him to his country. The individual apologized for the insults against the head of state.


The subject was deported because his immigration status in the Dominican Republic is irregular, so the procedure was followed in accordance with Law 285 – 04 and the implementing regulations, Decree 631 – 11.

DEPORT INVADERS.

Along with the one who threatened President Luis Abinader, two more foreigners were also deported after being found on the 6 de noviembre highway invading land, near the Bajos de Haina ravine. Those arrested by the Police respond to the name of Gary Sargulde and Dieuceprende Estimable.

593 IRREGULAR FOREIGNERS ARRESTED IN 48 HOURS.

Interdiction agents from the General Directorate of Migration arrested 361 illegal foreigners on Tuesday and 232 on Wednesday in operations carried out in the provinces of Santo Domingo, Santiago, Duarte, María Trinidad Sánchez and Espaillat, who after being processed will be deported in accordance with the provisions of Law 285 – 04.
