Santo Domingo. -The leader of the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM), Venancio
Alc谩ntara, asked the militancy of that political organization to vote this next
Sunday, October 1, by the presidential candidate Luis Abinader, very early,
in the party primaries, whose process will take place from 8:00 in the morning
until 4:00 in the afternoon.
Likewise, he invited the PRM leadership to act civilly and show maturity
politics, for the strengthening of democracy and the institutionality of the party.
He said that there is no doubt that President Luis Abinader will be victorious.
in the internal party elections, after ensuring that the majority of the population
Dominican Republic is asking for four more years of government, to continue with the change
structure of the Dominican government.
He specified that according to the National Commission of Internal Elections (CNEI) of the
PRM, everything is ready to carry out this very important event, which it described as
“a celebration of democracy” for which he reiterated the call to the Perremeista family to
vote massively this Sunday.
In that sense, Venancio Alc谩ntara, highlighted the role of arbitrator assumed by the Board
Electoral Central (JCE), in the assembly and supervision of the process, which, as explained,
will guarantee clear, transparent and satisfactory results.
He said “We are confident that this internal process of our party, to
the selection of the best men and women who will occupy the different positions
electives at the presidential, legislative and municipal levels, will be an event without precedent, since in previous processes we have shown civility, good
behavior and capacity, resulting in the triumph in power” he concluded
