Service description
These certifications are issued to all persons who need to certify their entries and exits from the country, as long as the DGM considers that this information will be used in a timely manner.

Requirements
1- Motivated request letter.聽In it you must specify the period that you are interested in certifying entry and exit movements.聽(You can authorize a third person to make the request, through a notarized power of attorney duly legalized and certified in the attorney general’s office, attached to the copies of the identity cards of the witnesses and weighted).
2- Copy of identity card or any identity document of the applicant.
3- Original passport of the applicant and copy of the page where the biometric data of the person are located.聽聽(聽In case of loss of passport, the interested party must deposit a passport loss certification issued by the national police聽).
聽Note:聽In all cases, the request must come from the person himself.聽
Procedure to follow
1. Enter the DGM service portal.聽(聽https://personal.migracion.gob.do/聽)
1.1. Register in the system (if you are registered, enter your username and password)
1.2. Choose the “list of certifications” option, from the list of available services, choose the one you requested, and complete the required information on the forms.
2-聽The scanned documents must be in .jpg format for the application via web.
3-聽Immediately make the request should go to the selected regional office, with the original documents and a set of copies
